At Skip's Western Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please ensure all boots are returned in their original box and shipped inside a separate mailing container to maintain the integrity of the packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and boots are placed inside their original box without tape or labels applied directly to it.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
